Any Given Country is a way for us to share photos, stories and experiences with our friends and family as we travel and wander the world for a year. We both embark on something new; a long term travel with a rough itinerary and a lot of unknowns. We look forward to the adventures and enjoy the challenges that come from it.  

Suze: Since my early 20ties, I am drawn to and fascinated by different cultures and countries. Over the last years, I became a cultural experience-seeking and off the beaten path-loving traveler. My passion for photography allows me to connect with people all over the world in a unique way that I love. I hope Any Given Country creates a spark for you to one day also be inspired to go out and explore, dream and discover.

Todd: I’ve always loved a bit of a thrill and trying new things. Travelling started for me on road trips spent hiking, biking, skiing, wine tasting and getting lost all over the U.S. But living abroad the past few years has opened the world to me and the more I do and see only increases my desire to go further, learn, push my comfort zone and build experiences. The outdoors, local food and drink, cultural interactions and castles (lots and lots of castles) are what keep the excitement and the enthusiasm alive for moving along each day.
